Dry Needling

Dry needling is a modern treatment method for the targeted relief of muscle tension and pain. It involves stimulating so-called myofascial trigger points in the muscles with fine, sterile disposable needles—these are small, painful areas of hardening that are often the cause of persistent discomfort in the neck, back, or other areas of the body. The brief needle stimulation stimulates blood circulation, reduces muscle tension, and supports regeneration—without the use of medication or surgery (according to the guidelines of the DGS Academy, see dryneedling.ch).

I offer dry needling for €5–15, depending on the scope, as part of osteopathic treatment. Feel free to ask me about it!

Therapeutic Massage

Classical massage has shown to loosen muscles and fascial tissue, stimulating the metabolism and promoting general relaxation and well-being.
My treatments include elements of classic massage, acupressure and suitable essential oils. The duration of the individual massage can vary between 30 and 90 minutes depending on requirements and includes head, face and back.

    Microbiom Analysis

Our gut is more than just a digestive organ—it influences our immune system, metabolism, and even our mood via the gut-brain axis. Trillions of microorganisms live in the gut and form the microbiome, whose balance is crucial to our health.A microbiome analysis from biovis® shows whether the bacterial interaction is disturbed and provides valuable information about the causes of digestive problems, inflammation, allergies, or exhaustion. This allows targeted work to be done to restore a healthy intestinal environment—the basis for well-being and vitality.

I will provide you with a stool tube and all the necessary information for taking the sample. Please take the sample at home according to the instructions and then send it directly by mail to the specified laboratory. As soon as the test results are available, I will discuss the findings with you personally and advise you on the next steps.

Please feel free to ask me about this during your osteopathy session.
